Recent polls indicate that a majority of Californians now favor marijuana legalization. The public will vote on it November 2nd (known as Proposition 19).  Of course, you can bet on this sort of thing over at Intrade.com. As of this post, the odds are roughly 65% that it will pass.  This is up sharply from last week, and well off the lows seen this past summer.

Two possible plays on this trend include CBIS.ob and MJNA.pk.   Any others ?
